YOU WILL RECIEVE YOUR QUOTE SHORTLY AFTER YOU'VE SUBMITTED YOUR FORM, THAT INCLUDES SPECIFIC PRICING FOR YOUR ORDER, TURN AROUND TIME AND YOUR PROPOSED APPOINTMENT TIME.

STEP 2: ONCE INVOICE IS ACCEPTED & PAID IN FULL, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE OFFICIALLY BOOKED AT A DAY & TIME THAT IS CONVIENIENT FOR YOU. (appointment is not officially booked until invoice is paid.)

STEP 3: APPOINTMENT

Meeting TO PICK UP AND/OR & NOTARIZE DOCUMENTS.
VIRTUAL OR PHONE APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR OUT OF TOWN CLIENTS.

STEP 4: apostilled documents are personally delivered to secretary of state for completion (for Texas apostilles) or shipped (for non-Texas apostilles.)

we will keep you up to date on the status of your order until completed.

STEP 6: apostilled documents will be hand delivered to you based upon the requested delivery option. (hand delivery for local clients / shipped for non local orders)

a mobile appointment. where we come to you at a location of your choosing to notarize your documents.

CORPORATE DOCUMENTS 4 bus days

Business documents are required to already be filed with the secretary of state in order to complete apostille/certification. Corporate documents go through a different process that may require multiple trips to secretary of state, if documents are requested to be picked up in person.

$175 for 1-2 documents - plus secretary of state fee: $15 for each document.
$250 for 3-6 Documents - plus secretary of state fee: $15 for each document.
$250 for 7-10 Documents - plus secretary of state fee: $15 for each document.
In person pick up $ (sos will mail corporate documents directly upon completion with a provided shipping label or will mail it free via usps.) sos consider pick up in person a “rush”. and will charge $20. We we may also require an additional $20 for the additional trip(s), depending on how many are needed for all documents.)

Secretary of state additional fees:

a certified copy corporate documents is required for documents file on file with sos - $1 per page and $15 per certificate

IN OFFICE APPOINTMENTS

$45 WHILE WE ARE A MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE, WE ALSO OFFER IN OFFICE APPOINTMENTS, FOR OUR CLIENTS WHO PREFER TO COME TO USFOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. IN THE EVENT YOU PREFER TO MEET AT OUR OFFICE LOCATION, INSTEAD OF US COMING TO YOU, ALL YOU WOULD NEED TO DO IS ADD THE "IN OFFICE" OPTION TO YOUR BOOKING BEFORE CHECK OUT.

*ALL ORDERS FOR TEXAS APOSTILLE REQUIRE A $15 SECRETARY OF STATE FEE FOR EACH DOCUMENT BEING APOSTILLED, MADE PAYABLE TO SECRETARY OF STATE. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PACKAGE PRICING AND IS AN ADDITIONAL COST.

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION OPTIONS

BASED ON WHERE YOUR DOCUMENTS ORIGINATED FROM, IT WILL NEED TO BE SENT TO THE STATE'S APOSTILLE OFFICE FOR CERTIFICATION.

TEXAS DOCUMENTS WILL BE HAND DELIVERED TO SECETARY OF STATE. SELECT "HAND DELIVERED OPTION"

NON-TEXAS DOCUMENTS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ORIGINATING STATE BASED ON THAT STATES REQUIRED SHIPPING METHOD. SELECT "NON-TEXAS SHIPPING OPTION *ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST WILL BE REQUIRED FOR SHIPPING TO & FROM SECETARY OF STATE FOR NON-TEXAS DOCUMENT.
