WHAT IS OUR MOBILE NOTARY PROCESS?
STEP 1: Complete Mobile Notary Request form.

STEP 2: Select the location of your choice for your appointment. Your home, Office or your local coffee shop. Its you choice!

STEP 3: Select the day and time of your choice for your convivence.
​
STEP 4: We meet you at your selected location for your appointment and complete the notarization.

And you are all set! Simple, Quick and Convenient!
PRICING
This option is for general notarization services in which I will meet you at your requested location.
For all transactions there is a Travel Fee of $60 for up to 15 miles.
For 16 miles or more there is an additional $2 per extra mile.
Early Appointment & After Hours Fee (Before 9am & after 7pm) is an additional: $25. ***This will be invoiced separately prior to the appointment.
Total cost will generally consist of travel fee + notarization fee. For example for one document: $50 service fee + $10 for the initial notarization document = $60. Every additional document needing notarization after the 1st is $6 each.
Additional services or distance will be an additional cost.
If you would like Key Signing Services to print the documents for your appointment, you will need to upload all documents asap. After booking your appointment, you will be redirected to a page that will allow you to UPLOAD required documents or you can email to contact@KeySigningServicellc.com

DISTANCE FEE
$2 Per mile for each mile over 15 miles.

AFTER HOURS FEE
$25 For appointments before 9am and after 7pm

Every transation requires 6% Processing Fee
